We are a locally owned, Mexican-inspired coffee shop focused on quality coffee, specialty drinks, and creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer. We are currently hiring specifically for our weekend team , with one Saturday shift and two Sunday shifts available . Applicants should have weekend availability and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced café environment. We strongly prefer candidates with previous barista experience who are comfortable working with espresso and steaming milk. Just as importantly, we're looking for people with excellent customer service skills who genuinely enjoy interacting with customers. Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty beverages, matcha, teas, cold brew, and other Dahlia menu items according to our recipes and standards Dial in and work with espresso throughout the shift Properly steam milk and prepare drinks consistently and efficiently Provide friendly, welcoming, and attentive customer service Take customer orders and accurately process transactions using our Toast POS system Answer menu questions and make recommendations to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Restock milks, syrups, cups, lids, coffee, ice, and other supplies throughout the shift Assist with food and pastry service as needed Wash dishes and keep equipment and work areas clean Clean tables, counters, floors, and customer areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures Complete assigned opening, downtime, and closing responsibilities Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, restocking, organizing, and preparing for the next rush Work together with the rest of the team to keep service moving efficiently during busy weekend periods What We're Looking For Previous barista experience strongly preferred Weekend availability required Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking while maintaining drink quality and accuracy Able to follow recipes and procedures consistently Willing to clean, restock, organize, and help wherever needed Strong attention to detail Team-oriented attitude Food service or café experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:

$14.00/hour + tips We currently have: 1 Saturday shift available 2 Sunday shifts available This position is a great fit for someone with barista experience who is looking for consistent weekend hours and enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused coffee shop.
