Overview:

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. 35-40 hours per week available Full-time available

• Wage including tips ranges $17
• 29 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
• Operate cash registers and handle customer payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
• Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control of products
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with Square POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
