Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to maintain an efficient service flow during events Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following sanitation standards for food handling and safety protocols Collaborate with event staff to coordinate beverage service for banquets, catering events, or nightclub functions Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events to ensure seamless transitions between functions Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in banquet, fine dining, or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling and cashiering skills are essential Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions, measuring ingredients, and managing cash or retail math tasks Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or bartending in the food industry This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating lively atmospheres while delivering top-tier service.
