Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee drinks, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling stations, beverage prep zones, and seating areas, adhering to food safety guidelines Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and give correct change using POS systems Restock supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and products are available for service Follow food safety procedures during food preparation and beverage service to uphold health standards Requirements Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and restocking Join us as a Coffee-Smoothie Barista and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-quality beverages and outstanding customer experiences.
