Full time and Part time positions are available! Can't wait to meet our newest baristas in our B-Happy family! Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers promptly and courteously. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions and handle cash accurately. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment, including equipment and work surfaces. Assist in inventory management and food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality service at all times. Qualifications Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha and Micros Strong time management and sales skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions Experience in food preparation and food service environments
