Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as square POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using POS systems Assist in food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality standards are met at all times Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience Previous barista experience or food service background is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Join us if you're passionate about creating delightful beverage experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy connecting with people!
