Job Description
Description As a Barista at Concord Hospitality , you will connect with guests by providing friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely service. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to guest satisfaction will ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every customer. In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while also supporting food and beverage operations by serving guests and assisting tables as needed. Responsibilities Provide personalized service and warmly greet guests Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipe and quality standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently Take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations to guests Deliver food and beverages to guests and provide table service as needed during busy periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, workstations, and equipment Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately Stock coffee, beverage, food, and service supplies while monitoring inventory levels Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure a seamless guest experience Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous barista, restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience preferred Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) knowledge required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work varied hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Benefits (Full-Time Associates Only) Competitive wages Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short/long-term disability options 401(k) with company match Tuition assistance Discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels Training, development, and career advancement opportunities Why Join Concord?
