Caribou Coffee- 1840 Cleveland Road, Wooster, OH, 44691 Job Description We are looking for a high-energy Barista with excellent people skills and a friendly demeanor to join our team. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! It is a tipped position with a base pay range of $12-15 per hour plus tips averaging $3-5 per hour. This can be full time or part time depending on availability, with potential to promote to shift leader where the pay range will go up. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude Maintain a clean and organized workspace Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Skills & Qualifications High energy and enthusiasm Strong people skills and ability to connect with customers Friendly and approachable demeanor No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual hysical
