Job Description

White Buffalo Coffee Bar in Lawton, OK is looking for baristas to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. This pay includes a starting base pay of $10 an hour plus tips. Tips average between $4.50 - $6.00 an hour. Responsibilities Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs Prepare food in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively We are looking forward to reading your application.
