What You'll Do Barista Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and seasonal beverages Provide warm, friendly customer service Take orders and handle payments accurately Serve and handle alcoholic beverages when scheduled (must be 21+) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café Learn and follow drink recipes and shop standards What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Interested in coffee craft (barista experience is a plus but not required) Comfortable in both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes work Able to follow recipes, processes, and quality standards Comfortable serving and handling alcoholic beverages Available mornings and/or evenings, especially Fridays-Sundays Willing to learn and grow with a small business Requirements Must be 21+ Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to ~30 lbs Weekend availability required Evening availability required

Pay:

$10.00 - $18.00 per hour
