Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and energetic Coffee Shop Barista to join our vibrant café team! In this role, you will maintain a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, and serve high quality drinks and pastries. Responsibilities Perform all Barista tasks ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Work with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Operate POS systems such as Square for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests. Requirements Previous Barista experience required . Familiarity with POS systems such as Square and cash handling experience. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
