We take pride in serving high-quality coffee, tea, and light fare with a focus on consistency and excellent customer service. Our cafe is fast-paced, well-organized, and supported by a team of dedicated professionals who care about what they do.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in specialty coffee, thrives in a busy environment, and is committed to delivering a consistently great product and guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working hard, working fast, and working with a tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to established quality standards Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every customer Follow opening and closing procedures, and assist with restocking and cleaning Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout each shift

Qualifications:

1+ year of barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and cafe workflow Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Availability on weekends and flexibility for varied shifts
