This is a full time position that requires weekend availability and some holidays, Tuesday-Thursday early to mid-day availability is required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance hospitality with accountability in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Provide exemplary customer service: task pivot and converse with customers Engage in active selling Sale and promotion of products; Help direct customers around the store and menu Maintain excellent product knowledge Produce all food and beverage items precisely according to Elephant's recipes Proper use equipment as specified by Manager and//or trainer Maintain a clean and orderly work area Cross-train in various FOH roles Reinforce service, sanitation, and food safety standards Monitor workflow and pace during peak hours Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency What We're Looking For Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - food service or hospitality experience highly preferred Barista experience preferred but not required A genuine passion for hospitality and team development Strong communication and organization skills Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure High standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence Reliability, accountability, and a collaborative mindset If you love building strong teams, holding high standards, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you!
