+ Annual End-of-Season Bonus for Qualified Employees The Sea Lion Dockside Bar is looking for an energetic, dependable, and guest-focused team member to join our crew as a Bartender / Barista / Gift Shop Host . This is a multi-role position —not just a bartending or barista job. Our team members move between our full-service bar, coffee counter, and retail gift shop throughout their shifts based on the needs of the business. During peak season, we are a high-volume, fast-paced operation where efficiency, teamwork, and excellent customer service are essential. During the slower off-season, we are looking for someone who can stay motivated and productive without needing to be constantly directed.
Compensation Starting Pay:
$16.50/hour + Tips Annual End-of-Season Bonus available to qualified employees Part-time to full-time hours Opportunity for additional responsibility and growth for strong team members What You'll Do Bartending Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly, efficient service while maintaining responsible alcohol service standards Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready Accurately process orders and payments Coffee & Barista Service Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and other menu items Maintain speed and quality during high-volume periods Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Gift Shop & Guest Experience Greet and engage guests throughout our retail space Help customers find products and make recommendations Actively contribute to retail sales rather than simply operating the register Restock, organize, face, and maintain merchandise displays Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready for guests What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Must have a valid OLCC Server Permit Must have a valid Oregon Food Handler Certificate Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Can move confidently between bartending, coffee, retail, cleaning, stocking, and other daily responsibilities Provides genuine, friendly, and professional customer service Has strong communication and teamwork skills Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work when scheduled Can recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting to be asked Understands that there is always something productive to do , even when business slows down Can follow established procedures, checklists, and company standards Is comfortable learning multiple areas of the business rather than working in only one station The Right Fit Our peak season can be busy, demanding, and fast-moving . We need someone who enjoys that environment, communicates well with their team, and can maintain great service even when there is a line out the door. Our off-season is different. When customer traffic slows down, the expectation for productivity does not. This is when we focus on cleaning, organizing, restocking, merchandising, projects, training, and preparing for the next rush. The ideal candidate is someone who can shift gears easily —moving quickly when we're slammed and independently finding productive work when we're not.

From $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
