Providing excellent customer service at all times, proving that we are a People company serving coffee not a Coffee company, serving people. Qualifications Meet Service, Quality and Speed core values Embody the culture created by Dutch Bros Be able to work variable shifts according to availability Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts Tasks & Responsibilities Adhering to all employment policies and laws applicable to the Broista position Fulfill customer orders accurately Make all drinks to Dutch Bros standards Guide traffic by adhering to Dutch Bros standards for safety Handle all comments, concerns and questions while on shift - escalate to Leadership team as needed Greet and acknowledge all customers immediately with a smile Repeat the customer's order back to them and relay orders to co-workers to ensure accuracy Engage in genuine conversation with the customer Never argue with customers Charge the customer correctly Say thank you Stay informed on current specials, marketing campaigns and special events Lead by example Be on-time to your shift Attend mandatory shop meetings and events Complete Bi-Annual Flow-checks and Leadership Surveys Wear Dutch Wear as the outer top layer, at all times The bottom layer must be a nice skirt, pants or shorts No ragged, wrinkled or dirty clothing can be worn No buttock cleavage, belly buttons or undergarments may be visible Employees must have clean fingernails and brushed teeth Must play DB radio via Soundtrack your Brand on Spotify Communicate any problems deserving attention to the shop manager Maintain a clean and orderly working environment; adhere to the cleaning checklist. Physical Requirements Constant standing/walking, up to 10 hours at a time, to include times of various external temperatures and occasional inclement weather. Safe handling of liquids and steam at high temperatures Ability to walk with moving cars Ability to tamp espresso with 30lb PSI Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs Occasional ascending or descending on ladders and ramps Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances Constant cash handling requiring mental math Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
