We're hiring a barista to join us in serving fruity coffees and natural wine!
We're PUSH PULL, a cafe and roasting company founded in 2018 in Portland, OR. The coffees we roast and serve are light and fruit-forward, with a focus on natural and experimental processes. We sell bottles and pour glasses of natural wines that are funky and unique. We're looking to bring on a high level barista who leads in excellence of service and positive energy to strengthen our community and care for our product and space. We have three cafes in
What you do:
Prepare and serve the best beverages in townMake small breakfast food items during service and prep food and syrups during downtimeCommunicate with customers about who we are and what we offerStay up to date on all of PUSH PULL's offerings, both in the cafe and onlineProduce well-extracted, delicious shots of espressoSteam milk with consistent texture and pour latte art with contrastRestock items in the cafe and storage areaPerform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the cafeOperate and maintain coffee equipmentLift up to 30 lbs infrequentlyStand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours)Contribute to a positive cafe and working environment, during both slow and high volume servicesWho you are:

two in Southeast and one in Multnomah Village. To start, this role will be based out of our Stark location with potential shifts at other locations depending on staffing needs.What you do:
