Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food, coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their visit Operate POS systems such as Square POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing registers at shift end while adhering to cash handling procedures Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support overall café operations Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service environments with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems including Square POS for sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or retail setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating an inviting space where every cup brewed and every guest interaction counts!
