Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Bakery Counter Person to work in our coffee and retail operations. As the face of Tollgate Inn, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and cs.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role within a bakery/cafe environment.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.

Familiarity with bakery production processes and quality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
