Donut Shop Opener - 3:30 AM Start ($22-26/hr avg)

Schedule:

3:30 AM start, 4 days/week About Us We're a family-owned donut shop serving fresh donuts to the community for over 25 years. Our mornings are fast, busy, and fun — with a loyal crowd that counts on us daily. We're also growing and expanding , which means the right people on our team will grow with us. The Role The Opener is the one who kicks off the day. You'll set the donut showcase, prep the shop, and serve customers as soon as we open. This is a high-pace, labor-intensive job where speed, reliability, and energy matter. We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job — but wants to be part of our growth and take on more as we scale. Responsibilities Arrive by 3:30 AM to open and prep the shop. Icing Donuts Stock and organize the showcase with fresh donuts. Serve customers quickly and accurately (cash & card). Brew coffee and keep drink stations stocked. Restock boxes, drinks, and FOH supplies. Keep the front clean and ready for the morning rush. Requirements Must be dependable and ready to start at 3:30 AM every shift. Comfortable with fast-paced, labor-intensive work . Strong customer service attitude — friendly and quick. Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet. Looking for more than "just a job" — someone ready to grow with us as we scale . Pay & Perks $22-26/hr average (Oregon minimum wage + tips).
