TOUS les JOURS is looking for friendly, energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our bakery café! TOUS les JOURS means "Every day" in French. Since launching in the United States in 2004, TOUS les JOURS has grown into a well-known bakery and café franchise specializing in French-Asian-inspired baked goods, freshly made in-store every day using quality ingredients. We are looking for full-time and part-time Cashiers / Baristas who enjoy working with people and bringing positive energy to the workplace. If you are friendly, helpful, dependable, and willing to learn, we would love to have you on our team! No previous barista or café experience is required. Paid training is provided. #Main Responsibilities Provide friendly, welcoming, and excellent customer service Greet customers and create a positive café experience Take customer orders and answer questions about our menu and products Recommend bakery items and beverages when appropriate Prepare coffee and other beverages according to our standards Operate our super-automatic Eversys coffee machines Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming work environment Restock products and supplies as needed Assist with inventory and storage Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures Work well with team members and help wherever needed Maintain a positive attitude and good energy throughout the shift Help provide an experience that encourages customers to return #What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is friendly, positive, and approachable Brings good energy and enjoys working with people Provides excellent customer service Is reliable and responsible Is willing to learn and take direction Is helpful and works well as part of a team Has good communication skills Pays attention to detail Can work in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable learning to operate coffee equipment Is willing to recommend and upsell products when appropriate No previous experience is required — we provide paid training! Pay & Benefits Pay:

$13-$25 per hour, including tips. Your total hourly earnings, including tips, will typically range from $13 to $25 per hour , depending on shifts, customer traffic, and tips.
