Duties Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality beverage preparation Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks Oversee the training and mentoring of team members in food handling, beverage service, POS operation, and customer interaction Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained throughout the café environment Process cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing outstanding customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly Experience
