We are an independent coffee shop with a relaxing environment and great customers. We are looking for individuals with a flexible schedule since we are open everyday of the week. We do ask that all employees commit to working at least every other weekend to be fair for everyone. At the moment, we are looking baristas that can do a mixture of opening, mid, and closing shifts. We are looking for those that can work on Saturdays AND Sundays. Not all, but typically every other weekend. We are looking for a long-term candidate for this position, not a seasonal one. Having a year of Barista experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Taking orders at the register Preparing drinks and ready-to-go food for customers. Making syrups, drink recipes, and more Taking purchased products outside to curbside service customers Cleaning Stocking Washing Dishes Point of Sale System Ensure proper sanitation procedures Provide and exceptional experience for customers through interaction and meeting expectations Understand and maintain operational policies and procedures Ensure that experience standards and operational systems are executed properly Have a full understanding of all products sold
