Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Buser/Barista to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Buser/Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests by delivering high-quality service. Part time weekends. Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take beverage orders accurately using our POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction. Serve beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ability to work flexible hours. Mornings, afternoons and weekends, as required by the business needs.
