Henning's Market is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Coffee House Team . If you enjoy working with people, preparing quality beverages and food, and creating a welcoming experience for guests, this could be a great fit for you! Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, smoothies, bowls, and other Coffee House items Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our coffee, tea, products, and equipment Assist guests with menu selections, product information, and recommendations Provide individualized attention while preparing orders accurately and efficiently Stock and replenish products, ingredients, and supplies as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Coffee House area Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with other Coffee House responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and guest-service focused Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to quality, accuracy, and presentation Willingness to learn about specialty coffees, teas, beverages, and menu items
