Job Description
Seasonal Cashier / Barista Donerds Donuts is looking for an energetic and reliable Cashier / Barista to join our team for our busy fall and holiday season. We are a fast-paced, high-volume donut shop, especially on weekends, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do Prepare coffee, and non-coffee drinks Serve donuts and help customers with their orders Prep breakfast sandwiches Keep the front counter and work areas clean and organized Restock supplies throughout the shift Work efficiently with the rest of the team during busy periods Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every customer What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment Efficient and able to stay productive without constant direction A good team player Available on weekends Barista or food service experience is helpful, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are most important. Schedule This is a seasonal weekend position for October, November, and December . Pay $12.50/hour + tips Donerds is a busy shop with strong weekend traffic, so tips can be substantial. Total compensation typically averages around $19/hour with tips on busy weekends.
