Duties Lead and motivate the barista team during your shift to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service Prepare high-quality non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing sales accurately and efficiently Oversee food safety protocols and food handling procedures to maintain health standards and ensure customer safety Maintain cleanliness of the café environment by performing regular cleaning duties and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Assist with retail sales transactions, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing cash handling responsibilities Support training new team members on beverage preparation, POS operation, customer service techniques, and food safety practices Requirements Proven experience as a barista with strong beverage service skills and familiarity with coffee industry standards Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or food service setting preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light cleaning duties, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable coffee moments!
