Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and beverage service stations. Handle cash transactions with precision, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling best practices. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of quality. Requirements Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
