Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffees and other beverages with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage a fast pace (some events are fast, some aren't), while also being hospitable and friendly with each guest. Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to promote products and enhance their overall experience. Set up, break down, and transport mobile café equipment securely between locations. Wake up early. Many events start at 8 am in Philly. Our HQ is in Reading, so we typically start the day at 5:30am with big events. Experience Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is not necessary but can be helpful. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. 18+ years of age Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences on the move!
