Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including bubble teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency with each order Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders, answering questions, and providing product recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Restock supplies and ingredients regularly to ensure smooth daily operations Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold health standards and safety regulations Experience Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; café or beverage industry experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse customers Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety practices, beverage preparation techniques, and proper cleaning protocols Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods Join us as a Boba Tea Barista where your energy fuels our success!
