This is a daytime, Monday-Friday position—ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in excellent service, and wants a consistent schedule without late nights. Our café serves busy professionals throughout the workday. We are looking for someone who can prepare quality coffee and espresso beverages, provide warm and efficient customer service, and help keep the café clean, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café beverages Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Accurately operate the POS system and process digital payments Restock the beverage station, grab-and-go area, and service supplies Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow recipes, food-safety standards, and opening and closing procedures Assist with light food preparation and café service as needed Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch periods Help create a positive experience for every guest The ideal candidate: Has previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer-service experience Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work Has a positive attitude and professional appearance Can stay calm, organized, and friendly during busy periods Works well independently and as part of a team Pays attention to cleanliness, consistency, and presentation Is comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds Has reliable transportation to
