Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and guests Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for smooth transactions Follow food safety management protocols diligently to uphold health standards and regulatory compliance Keep the workspace tidy by adhering to sanitation procedures throughout shifts Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices Experience working in restaurants or food service environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and payments Ability to follow food safety management guidelines consistently Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable moments!
