Description:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Event Barista to join the Coffee Inclusive team. As an Event Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers in event settings. Job Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. Responsible for ensuring all ingredients and inventory supplies are available for each event based on the specific menu and expected attendance. Responsible for the logistics of transporting supplies and equipment to the event venue. Manage the setup and teardown of the coffee station and equipment at each event, ensuring that everything is arranged efficiently and according to our standards. After the event, you will be responsible for packing up equipment, cleaning the area, and returning any items to their proper place at the coffee shop. Operate the POS sales system at events and ensure that sales information is accurately recorded and communicated with the finance department. Ensure that proper food handling and sanitation practices follow all food safety guidelines. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience working with people with diverse abilities preferred. Strong leadership and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of coffee and bakery products. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays). Good customer service attitude. Food safety certifications as required by the state and other governmental entities.Job Type:
