Position Summary The Café Barista is a high-energy, guest-focused team member responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing high-quality beverages and food items in a fast-paced café environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active, and bringing positive energy to every shift. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and sandwiches according to brand standards and recipes

Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming manner

Create a positive guest experience through energy, conversation, and attentiveness

Handle guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude

Support promotions and store initiatives with enthusiasm

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Accurately process POS transactions and cash handling duties

Work closely with team members to maintain strong store energy and flow

Stay open to coaching, training, and feedback for continuous improvement
