Barista and Food Service Counter Attendant Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks according to our standard recipes Greet customers, take orders, and process payments with a friendly and efficient manner Ensure the food display is attractive and assist with food preparation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, counters, and seating areas Manage inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista and in food service, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation skills Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and holidays Food Handlers Certification (preferred)
