Ideally, we are looking for an individual with some customer service skills and a positive attitude. Barista experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to settle into a role and become a lasting part of our team.

Job duties include:

Espresso beverage preparation (working with a manual espresso machine, steaming milk, pulling espresso) and other drink preparation Packaging desserts in a take-out style late night bake shop Helping customers via the counter or over the phone Preparing cake slices and portioning dessert components Being proficient in an extensive dessert menu and being able to guide a customer's experience when it comes to the menu

Requirements:

• Barista experience preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive approach to customer service
• Strong communication skills, including working with and supporting your team during peak hours
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask during high stress periods
• Weekend availability and the ability to work up to and/or around most major holidays

Hours:

We are looking for for someone to fulfill approximately 15-25 hours, more hours may become available as the seasons change. Some weekend availability is required. Shifts are approximately 3 pm to 10:30 pm.

Pay:

$16.00
