Job Overview Must be at least 21 with a valid drivers license and insurance! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our events team on our mobile coffee bus, as well as, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling orders and cash transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for the restaurant industry, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the Toast POS system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Prepare food items according to established recipes and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation. Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license. This job requires individuals to drive and operate our Mobile Coffee Bus. (This is not an in shop Barista position.) Must be at least 21! Specifically seeking flexible availability for various events (Shifts will be between the hours of 5am-5pm.) Must be available a minimum of 1-2 shifts per week and weekend. Must be able to lift and move generators independently for event set up. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service.
