Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, countertops, and dining spaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience through teamwork and effective communication. Uphold quality standards in beverage preparation while adhering to café policies. Experience Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Experience in the food service industry is beneficial, including knowledge of food preparation and safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to engage positively with customers in a retail environment.
