Role Summary:
Strives to exceed customer needs and expectations as well as build customer relations. Assists the Store Manager with the placement, training, and motivation of hotel staff to generate high productivity, retention, and morale. Effectively manage daily operations of the store to meet Starbucks and brand standards. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Addresses and resolves all guest complaints professionally and efficiently through direct interactions, staff support, and other available resources Implements new creative ideas for the presentation and delivery of products to enhance guest experience Maintains a calm demeanor and smooth communication during periods of high volume or unusual events to ensure customer satisfaction Interacts with guests to ensure that their expectations are being met by representing the spirit of hospitality according to the culture and values of Hegg Hospitality Assists in managing with integrity and knowledge, and sets goals for staff by developing organizational capabilities and modeling teamwork Practices effective communication in store and between partners, and provides ongoing mentoring and training in ways that enhance performance create a positive environment Effectively aids in managing store staffing levels to ensure partner development, maintain store operational requirements, and control costs Ensure that team members follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products Invests in our three core values of the Hegg vision: We Always Find a Way Be Better Every Day We Are Better Together Benefits include:
