Scooter's Coffee is a locally owned coffee shop dedicated to hiring AMAZING people to serve AMAZING coffee, AMAZINGLY fast. Were passionate about creating a warm, friendly environment for both our customers and our team. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate loves coffee, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, youll be responsible for preparing beverages, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a clean and inviting work space alongside your team members. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions Maintain cleanliness of the Coffeehouse Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications & Skills Previous barista or food service experience preferred (training provided) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule & Availability Seeking availability for the hours of 5:00 AM•6:00 PM Flexible scheduling to accommodate school/work schedules Weekends and holidays will be required on a rotating basis (increased wage) What We Offer/ Job Perks Competitive hourly pay + cash & credit card tips Employee discount (one free drink per shift) 50% off any off shift drink Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career advancement (shift lead positions & ASM) If you are AMAZING•look no further and submit your application today!
