Are you passionate about coffee and creating memorable experiences? At Scooter's Coffee, we're more than just a coffee shop—we're a community. Since 1998, we've been crafting sustainably-sourced, specialty coffee that brings people together. Now, we're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at our newest location in Chattanooga, TN. If you love connecting with people and have a knack for making every cup special, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This location is set to open 9/24/26 and is located on 1491 N. Mack Smith Rd in Chattanooga, TN! There will be 5 days of training before store open! You may be asked about your willingness to start training and working at one of our open locations in Chattanooga. You would then transfer to the new location! What You'll Do as a Barista As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you'll be the heart and soul of our customer experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

Crafting high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks to perfection.
Providing friendly, personalized service to every customer who walks through our doors.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Working as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth operations.
Learning and upholding Scooter's Coffee standards for quality and consistency. What We're Looking For We're seeking a Barista who:
Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (coffee shop or food service experience preferred).
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask with ease.
Brings a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
Values teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively.
