50, with tips you can average well into the $20 to $25 an hour range, depending on the day. We will consider hourly pay increase starting at 6 months of employment to 1 year of employment.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent customer service skills are essential.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to make high-quality drinks
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
• Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with food preparation as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
