is seeking a new Barista/ Crew Member for our Franklin location! Two weeks of paid training will be provided to all of our crew members.

NO BARISTA EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!

Our Barista/Crew Members are cross-trained to perform all food service positions, including: Guest Service Drink Construction Facilities Upkeep (dishwashing, bussing, daily cleaning, etc.) As a Barista/Crew Member Trainee, You Will Receive Training Compensation = $16.00 per hour Consistent training hours. Barista/Crew Member, You Will Receive Hourly compensation of $13.40 plus tips. Base compensation plus tips can average $13.40 - $17.00 per hour.
