As a Barista, you will prepare high-quality beverages and food items while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to established standards Provide friendly, efficient customer service Take customer orders and operate the register accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Restock products and supplies throughout the shift Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn Starbucks recipes and service standards Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Previous customer-service or food-and-beverage experience is helpful but not required Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required based on business needs.
