As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you'll be part of a team that's all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:

Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail Uphold Dunkin' and Bluemont Group policies and standards

REQUIREMENTS

Great communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a team environment Dependability and punctuality Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Shift Availability:

8-hour shifts 10-hour shifts Day and night shifts available Monday to Friday and weekend availability required

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent.
