: Sun-Thu

• 7:45am-3:00pm for morning shift, 3:00pm-9:10pm for night shift Fri, Sat
• 7:45am-3:15pm for morning shift, 3:15pm
• 10:40pm for night shift Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.

Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu options. Follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure a clean work environment and safe food handling practices. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Uphold food safety management protocols to ensure all products meet health regulations and quality standards. Qualifications Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices is highly desirable. Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately handle cash or card transactions. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and cleaning.
