•Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders clearly, and responding promptly to inquiries or special requests. Maintain cleanliness of the truck's interior and exterior, including food prep areas, beverage stations, and customer seating zones. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations. Manage cash handling duties by processing cash transactions accurately and giving correct change. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards and safety guidelines. Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking efficiently in a lively environment. Experience Previous barista experience or café experience is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus. Experience in food service or retail sales transactions demonstrates strong customer service skills. Knowledge of POS systems enhances efficiency in processing sales. Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately along with basic math skills for balancing registers. Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and beverage service ensures compliance with health standards. Strong time management skills are essential for maintaining smooth operations during busy hours. Prior work in the food industry or mobile food services will be advantageous in adapting quickly to the fast-paced environment.
