Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and customize treatment plans accordingly. Perform various types of massage, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each client's specific requirements. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply appropriate techniques for pain management and overall wellness. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to medical terminology standards. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any client concerns or questions. Collaborate with other health professionals in occupational health settings or med spa environments as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Experience Proven experience in patient service with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with pain management techniques and the ability to assess patient needs effectively. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is essential for this role. Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
