Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service to enhance their visit Process retail sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to meet food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling procedures and processing payments Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with beverage service and food handling Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning Commitment to food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience in the food industry or retail sales transactions is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable moments for every guest!
