No prior coffee experience is required. We provide paid training and are looking for team members who are dependable, enjoy working with people, and can consistently follow established recipes and procedures. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale system Provide friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced drive-thru environment Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas Assist with restocking supplies and routine shop tasks Follow written procedures, recipes, food-safety requirements, and team standards consistently Work efficiently with teammates to keep service moving during busy periods Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to work at least three shifts per week during the first 90 days Weekend availability is required Availability that fits our regular morning and/or afternoon staffing needs Scheduling Our shops operate seven days a week. Morning shifts may begin as early as 5:30 AM , and afternoon shifts generally run from approximately 1:00 PM-7:45 PM . Actual shift times vary based on staffing needs and employee availability. Applicants do not need to be available for every shift, but very limited availability, such as only a few hours in the middle of the morning, generally will not meet our staffing needs.
