Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Requirements Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred; familiarity with café operations is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
